Where are you located?
We're proud to be a US-based small business, and right now, we're keeping things close to home. Every Whisker Workshop design is printed and shipped right here in the USA — our production partners have locations throughout the country, so your order gets made and on its way as quickly as possible. We know plenty of pet parents outside the US would love to join in too — international shipping is on our roadmap, so stay tuned. For now, we're focused on getting it right for our US customers first.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but it's on the way! For now, we're shipping within the US only as we get Whisker Workshop off the ground. International shipping is coming down the road, so stay tuned.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey — right to your doorstep.
What materials are your products made of?
We keep things soft, comfy, and built to last — because your tees should feel as good as cuddle time with your pet. Right now, our shirts are made from high-quality cotton for that everyday-soft feel that holds up wash after wash. As we grow, we'll be rolling out new fabric options too, so exact materials may vary by item — you'll always find the specific details on each product page.
